ROME, ITALY
The Vatican with its Sistine Chapel, the Colosseum with its lurid history and, of course, the Trevi Fountain where a tossed coin promises your return to the Eternal City are just a few of the wonderful things to see in Rome besides the wonderful little sidewalk cafes. You will certainly appreciate the meaning of “la dolce vita”, the sweet life.

NAPLES, ITALY
Mt. Vesuvius and Pompeii are only two of the historic sights available. The Isle of Capri is just a short ferry ride away. The Royal Palace is one of four residences used by the Bourbon Kings from 1730- 1860. You’ll have almost 11 hours to explore this fascinating city.

DUBROVNIK, CROATIA
Although relatively new to the cruising ports of call, it is becoming a favorite. This “jewel of the Adriatc” enchanted George Bernard Shaw. The old town was completed in the 13th century.

VENICE, ITALY
Carnival masks, Mirano Glass, The Doge’s Palace, St. Mark’s Basilica, Rialto Bridge. These are few of the wonders of Venice. Take almost 2 days to explore this famous port. There’s even time for the Gondola ride!

MESSINA, SICILY
Throughout the Middle Ages, this was the most important port of departure for European Knights on their way to the Crusades. Sicily is best known for its seafood – for those of you on an Epicurean Crusade.

BARCELONA, SPAIN
Cosmopolitan, historic, intense vitality and style...All this and Picasso, too!

CANNES, FRANCE
Famous for the celebrity- packed Film Festival, this seaside city is a year- round center of culture. View Mount Chevalier, shop the market, take an excursion to Monte Carlo or Nice.

LIVORNO, ITALY
Florence, Pisa and the wines of Tuscany are all waiting for you. Magnificent frescos, historic churches and the most famous of Florence’s art treasures – Michelangelo’s statue of David.

CIVITAVICCHIA (ROME)
Whether you see the Eternal City before or after the cruise... it is not to be missed. We can arrange for you to come early or stay late.
