Whooping Cranes
The whooping crane – one of the world’s most endangered birds and one of the first animals on the U.S endangered list. Explore the unique Texas wetlands, the back bays, reefs, and hidden islands out from Copano Bay as we watch for the almost extinct whooping crane at it’s wintering grounds, the Aransas National Wildlife Refuge. The fully glassed-in heated cabin (smoke-free) affords comfortable inside seating for all passengers. Bring your camera and your binoculars and spend the day at Rockport, famous the world over as a birding center. Lunch included.
