Can be made by phone, by letter or by e-mail with the Go with Jo! office or through your park salesperson or with your travel agent.
$50.00 per person on trips of 3 days or less, unless stated otherwise.
$100.00 per person on trips of 4 days or more, unless stated otherwise. Cruises, overseas tours and tours with airline segments have different deposit requirements.
Final payment must be made 30 days prior to the tour, unless stated otherwise.
On the Go…With Jo ! bus tours, refunds are made if cancellation is 30 days or more prior to departure. Partial refunds are made if cancellation is within 30 days of departure. No refund is made for no shows nor for trip interruption once trip has started. The Mexican Visa fee charge is non-refundable. Refunds on tours paid by credit card will be issued on their credit card account; check or cash payments will be refunded by check. See additional note on refunds as cruises, overseas tours and tours with airline segments & gambling tours have different policies.
When cancellation is made with in 30 days of departure, unless stated otherwise:
- $50.00 per person is deducted on trips of 3 days or less.
- $100.00 per person is deducted on trips of 4 days or more.
ADDITIONAL NOTE: Special rules apply to certain trips such as overseas trips, cruises, airline travel, etc. Please read your trip description carefully!!
We strongly suggest you consider Trip Insurance for longer trips and cruises which will give extra protection for unexpected cancellations due to illness, accident, hospitalization, etc.! Call the Go…With Jo! office.
Generally, in any foreign country, the currency of that country should be used. We highly recommend that you exchange your U.S. dollars before joining your tour group as exchange houses and banks are not always available. Travelers check s are not accepted in all countries. If accepted, you may be charged a fee to exchange. ATM machines are available in almost all countries.

Verify pick-up time & place on your tour receipt! If you decide to change pick-up place, please notify the office.
For your convenience, we have arranged convenient departure points for most all our overnight bus tours. The managements have graciouslyconsented to let tour clients meet on their property for a convenient pick-up point. However, they will not assume liability for vehicles left on their premises nor is coffee and danish included at your pick-up point. Please respect the confidence the hotels have placed in us.
We will be glad to consider park pick-ups for a certain minimum number.Check with our office personnel or with the salesperson in your park!
Prices quoted are firm unless airfare is involved. If the airline increases, the trip cost will increase by the same amount. The fluctuation in gas prices often causes an increase in taxes and fuel surcharges. Once ticketed, there will not be an increase, however most airline tickets are non-refundable once ticketed.
Go…With Jo! will rotate seats on all overnight bus tours other than the Louisiana Gambling Tours. Seat rotation will occur twice each day on the shorter tours.
Smoking is NOT allowed while on motor coaches.
